WELCOME TO THE 3 RIVERS/PENNSYLVANIA WEST CFC iCan...Now, More Than Ever. The 3 Rivers/Pennsylvania West Combined Federal Campaign (0754) covers Western Pennsylvania, parts of Eastern Ohio and the West Virginia panhandle. We are the Federal Employee and Military annual fundraising effort representing hundreds of Local, National and International Charities. In 2009 Federal Employees raised $1,156,476.09 with 4,353 donors! This website will offer you a directory of approved charities, download useful campaign materials and overall; participate in helping make a difference in the community in which we live. Our campaign region includes: Allegheny, Armstrong, Beaver, Butler, Clarion, Fayette, Forest, Greene, Lawrence, Mercer, Venango, Washington, and Westmoreland Counties (PA). Brooke, Hancock, Marshall, Ohio, and Wetzel Counties (WV). Belmont and Monroe Counties (OH). Federations and agencies with representatives in the local campaign area have the opportunity to offer suggestions relating to the operation of the campaign, developed campaign material, and training. MAKING AN ONLINE GIFT THROUGH EMPLOYEE EXPRESS (Participating agencies only) Employees in the 3 Rivers/PA WestRegion can use the Employee Express system to make CFC donations by payroll deduction online. If your agency participates in Employee Express and you are not already an Employee Express system user, you may subscribe by going to the Employee Express Web site (www.employeeexpress.gov) and requesting a PIN. During CFC campaign season, the Employee Express system will allow users to start a CFC contribution, or to review and edit a pledge previously entered into the system. All participating agencies have agreed that the use of Employee Express for CFC is strictly optional. No employee is required to use Employee Express to make his or her CFC donation. More detailed information pertaining to the use and availability of the system can be obtained from your CFC Keyworker or Employee Campaign Coordinator. Select Federal Agencies now have the option of contribution to CFC by using either employee express or the traditional pledge card. Look for the CFC icon on Employee Express.
